Good to know
What is an allocation?
Nomination allocations are the number of new primary applicants each state or territory can nominate in a program year. They don't set the number of visas granted. Home Affairs publishes the national table once the Government sets it (2025-26: 4 November 2025); states often announce their own figure earlier.
Why are some states at zero?
States that haven’t opened their 2026-27 program yet haven’t nominated anyone. See each state’s status on the dashboard.
