For registered migration agents
Agent terms
The rules for being listed on Australia Migration Hub. Version 1, 16 October 2026.
- Eligibility. You must be a registered migration agent with a current MARN, and tell us straight away if your registration changes, lapses or is cancelled. We check the OMARA register before listing you and may check again at any time.
- Your profile. Everything on your profile must be accurate and not misleading. No guarantees or claims about visa outcomes, processing times or success rates.
- Enquiries. Clients choose you and agree to share their details with you for that enquiry only. Use them only to respond to that enquiry and to provide your services, under the Privacy Act and the Code of Conduct. Don’t add clients to marketing lists without their separate consent. Reply within 2 business days, or tell the client you can’t help.
- Your service. You, not Australia Migration Hub, provide immigration assistance. Agree scope and fees with the client in writing, as the Code of Conduct requires. We aren’t part of your client agreement.
- Fees. Founding agents are listed free for 6 months from approval. Before any paid plan starts we’ll tell you the price in writing at least 30 days ahead, and you can leave at any time.
- Hub partner. Agencies associated with Australia Migration Hub are labelled “Hub partner” wherever they appear.
- Removal. We may remove a profile that breaches these terms, gets serious complaints, or no longer shows as registered. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time.
